I was working in Bangalore, settling into a new apartment. The days were long, often exhausting, and what I found myself looking forward to most was coming back to a bed that felt just right. There was a small balcony, facing nothing but other buildings.

Through trial, error, and more failed batches than I can count, we slowly began to understand the process.
