Thank you for shopping with Moon Linen. All Moon Linen products are hand-dyed and crafted using artisanal processes. As each piece is made with care, shipping timelines may differ from mass-produced items.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

As our products are hand-dyed and made to order, please allow 7 – 14 business days for processing and preparation prior to dispatch. During periods of high demand, processing may extend up to 21 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery location, and applicable logistics costs.

Any promotional shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Applicable COD fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Moon Linen reserves the right to restrict COD availability at its discretion.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically range between 2 – 7 business days within India, depending on destination and courier operations.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
